ChatAcuity is a communication analytics platform that enables better team collaboration and productivity. In a world where many organizations have a remote or distributed workforce, ChatAcuity's analytics platform employs trained neural networks, natural language processing and communication profiling to track what is important to you. Founded in 2019, ChatAcuity offers a Slack app to help any organization optimize collaboration, leading to higher employee satisfaction and productivity.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you store my messages?
No! ChatAcuity is entirely event-based - when a message is sent in a public channel that ChatAcuity is a member of, Slack forwards that message on to us. We perform a variety of calculations on the message and discard the content "at the edge". We also never poll Slack for public channel history that occurred prior to installation. The only message content that is ever stored persistently are Key Phrases - two to four word snippets that we think provide incisive value to your workspace summary.
Are direct messages or private channel messages captured?
No! ChatAcuity only sees messages in public Slack channels to which the app has been explicitly invited. Either via the installation process, the Account Dashboard, or directly in Slack.
Do I need to provide payment info to start my free trial?
No! Payment is only required at the end of your two-week no-obligations free trial.
How is payment handled? Do you store payment information?
We use Stripe for all payment processing and subscription management. We do not store any payment information on our systems, and we never will.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Three days before your trial ends, we will reach out with a reminder to subscribe. If the trial period elapses and you have not subscribed, ChatAcuity will be automatically uninstalled from your Slack workspace and the Analytics portion of your Dashboard will be disabled.
If a subscription is not purchased within two weeks of the trial ending, your Dashboard login will be deactivated and all data associated with your account will be purged.
